The greatest 5 ingredient Frozen Yogurt
Let's say we're in a job interview and you ask me, "what would you say are your weaknesses?" I would probably answer with, "I'm terrible about sharing my food, I'm not so great with secrets and lastly, if there is warm laundry in the same room I will get nothing done until I have cuddled in it till it cools down."
None of that matters to the job interview but it is the truth... but addressing the first two, I have a secret that I am going to share with you so that I don't have to share my fro yo! Genius! It's a win win! I get to tell my secret and I don't have to share!
This is super simple and let me tell you if you do not purchase these waffle cones to go along with it you are a FOOL. Just kidding, a little bit, I just had it out of a bowl because I ate all of my Waffle cones and it was still super delish.
On with the recipe!
3 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Frozen Raspberries (or fruit of your choice)
1/2-3/4 Vanilla Yogurt
3 Tbls Honey
1 Tbls Lemon Juice
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 5 minutes, you may have to smoosh the sides ydown to the bottom mid blend if you have a medium good blender. I'm a very ISH cooker so add more yogurt if you need to get things moving. Eat it all in one sitting or freeze the remaining and eat it every day afterward till the last drop is gone. Don't think you are above that either... I dare you to try to avoid eating this every single day now that you have it. And seriously, go get the waffle cones. This isn't not an ad. I am just really passionate about food.
Hope you enjoy! If you try a combo and love it let me know! Sharing recipes is caring!
